P06 final source transfer review

Date: 2026-09-08. Reviewer: root AI agent.

Internal mathematical transfer: PASS. I read the full selected source and reconstructed the local Dold criterion, positivity, zero-index companion realization, Frobenius/lifting bound, pole obstruction, digit congruence and asymptotic argument. No mathematical gap was found. This is an AI review, not external refereeing or a formal proof certificate.

The initialization a0=0 really satisfies the recurrence at index zero because the relevant coefficient of the reciprocal generating identity vanishes for k>=2. The local argument includes all mixed indices and p=2. The digit proof handles c=0, q=0 and r=0 without illegal division modulo p; the first-carry argument justifies every residue case. The asymptotic lower bound counts at most one exceptional integer p for each t via disjoint intervals, giving the claimed bound for every sufficiently large k rather than only a subsequence.

The selected source differs mathematically in no way from the fully audited earlier paper. Its two changed pinpoints use the institutionally deposited accepted Miska–Ward version, as verified in P06-audit.md. General exact valuations, Conjecture 4(a)–(c), and the finite cutoff remain outside the proved scope. The separate digit identity is not being promoted as an independently significant paper.
