Correct the definition of in Section 7 to require . In version 0.2, the unrestricted description of also included , whereas . The displayed partition (7.1) therefore needed this restriction. The interval argument already works on ; the theorem statements and comparison arguments are unchanged.

The correction was identified by the originating assistant after publication. The PDF remains twelve pages, with only page 9 changed. No independent expert review or new priority claim is implied.
